Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I’m a proud multiethnic Latina with a deep appreciation for cultural competence, nature, and holistic healing. I offer bilingual care in both English and Spanish, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a nurse practitioner with advanced graduate training, I’m licensed to prescribe medication and provide psychiatric care with a whole-person approach, often in collaboration with a psychiatrist.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with top healthcare networks and supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. In our first visit, we’ll start with a warm, non-judgmental conversation to develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include traditional psychiatric medication, complementary non-pharmacologic therapies, or both. I also coordinate care with other professionals involved in your treatment. Together, we’ll work toward long-term mental wellness by consistently reassessing your progress and goals.
